Seven iconic destinations from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Gaborone unite for Southern Africa’s ultimate outdoor summer season kickoff.
This October, the Corona Sunsets Summer Tour returns for its biggest journey yet, taking over seven summer destinations across South Africa and, for the first time, crossing the border into Gaborone, Botswana. From 24 October to 19 December, the tour will follow the sun across two countries, turning golden hour into a summer journey through music, nature, travel, creativity and connection.

The summer journey kicks off at The Fat Olive, Johannesburg on 24 October, followed by Menlyn Park Lawns, Pretoria on 21 November and Durban on 28 November. December turns up the heat at Villa Paradiso, Johannesburg on 5 December, before the tour makes its Botswana debut at Dimawe, Gaborone on 12 December. From there, it heads to The Grand Beach Club, Cape Town on 15 December, before closing at Manor House, Ballito on 19 December.
“Corona Sunsets Summer Tour continues to grow while staying true to what makes it special: bringing people outside to experience music, nature and each other. Expanding into Botswana is an exciting next step in that journey, giving even more people a reason to break from routine and make more time for life outside,” says Vaughan Croeser, Vice President of Marketing: SAB.
Over the past 7 years, the Corona Sunsets Summer Tour has grown into 48 tour events building a platform that continues to bring people together around a shared love of music, nature and the outdoors.
But More Than Music means the experience does not stop at the stage.
For Corona, More Than Music reflects the brand’s philosophy of creating moments that connect people to nature, creativity and each other, with music as the starting point. It creates space to slow down, explore, participate and experience summer together, with golden hour at the heart of it all.
Guests can step into the More Than Music space and follow the Eco Passport Journey, receiving a card that guides them through a series of experiences to complete along the way. They can create their own personalised Sunnycords, join an interactive drumming session, and capture a Living Is Calling moment at the Instagram station. Complete the journey and the reward is a mixology experience, where guests can create their own Corona drink or cocktail.
It is a chance to dive into everything summer can be: to create, discover, connect, travel somewhere new and share the sunset with the people who make it memorable.
After 48 tour shows, Corona Sunsets Summer Tour is going further.
