“For Unplug Yourself, Comic Con Africa is a huge event on the gaming calendar and this year it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. Unplug Yourself will be providing visitors with an array of experiences for all ages and gaming levels, from beginners to champions. We look forward to showcasing a diverse range of engaging and entertaining games to both tabletop fans and soon-to-be fans!”

Starting July 23 and then running every week until September 10, the Unplug Yourself board game parties provide the perfect pre-Comic Con Africa action you’ve been asking for. Even better, you’ll get an opportunity to win a great hamper containing epic boardgames and other Comic Con Africa merch. There’s even a four-day pass to the show, that forms part of the winnings.

“The Unplug Yourself board game parties provide a brilliant scene-setter to what’s in store for visitors to Comic Con Africa later this year. We guarantee that you will be playing with your tribe both at the event and at home afterwards. We pride ourselves in being able to gather friends around tables, whether that’s to immerse themselves in shared stories, or battle it out on the table. From classics like Magic the Gathering to Yu-Gi-Oh!, along with countless other games will be available to play and purchase. Comic Con Africa brings together the suppliers and retailers in tabletop gaming so that you have the best choice of what tabletop gaming has to offer,” said Carla Massmann, Comic Con Africa Show Director.
