Janco Dreyer releases catchy music video for latest single
Since the release of BOSOPSKOP, Janco Dreyer’s second single, the song has been on everyone’s lips.
To make things even more exciting, there is now also a music video available for this upbeat track.
Filmed on a game farm in Hoopstad by Gerduan Kemp Photo & Film, the video is about a group of young people having fun while camping in the bush. One of the guys then falls in love with a girl who is a heartbreaker.
“The message that I would like to convey with the video is that you should follow your heart – regardless of whether the result is good or bad – because every experience makes you stronger,” he shares. “Fans will enjoy the video because it makes you feel like you are in the bush with the characters. I also believe that many people’s hearts have been broken, that they are stronger for it, and therefore, will relate to the message of the song and video.”

Janco has been singing since he was eleven, and there is nothing that this 23-year-old singer and songwriter from Bloemfontein would rather be doing.
Over the years, Janco has participated in various initiatives, including Jacobus Silwer’s All the Way from Bloem songwriting project. He has performed at major festivals, competed in various talent competitions, and has even had the opportunity to represent his country in the USA. His first single, Ek Sal Dit Onthou, was released in March 2022.
He is currently studying music technology at COPA and working hard to expand his arsenal of original music.
BOSOPSKOP’s music video boasts an honest sincerity that listeners of all ages can relate to.
“The video is unique because it’s what young people really do when they hang out together, and everything that happens, happens in real life too,” he concludes.
The song, written by Hugo Ludik and Nick Jordaan, is now available on digital streaming platforms.
