Says Stevel; “I’m proud of this film. It’s my first time playing a villain. I had fun making it, and I hope viewers will have fun watching it. Having the chance to use my Jamaican accent and speak Patois was the icing on the cake for me.
He continues; “On Saturday (6th August), coincidentally, Jamaica celebrated 60 years of independence – a diamond jubilee – so it’s a prideful moment for me. A huge thank you to the director, Gareth Crocker, the entire Motion Story team, and Netflix.”
