That specific evening I realized ‘hang on Amy, you are loved – why are you waiting for it?’. That whole perspective changed my life and the song brings that out: the happiness, a defining moment of realizing ‘I am loved’ and now when I listen to the song it automatically leaves a smile on my face and you have to sing a long. It’s just so catchy. So, the message of the song is to know that LOVE is in YOU and once you realize that, it changes your whole world.” Through her candid songwriting and impassioned delivery, Amy brings her audience on a journey through her life, embracing both her trials and triumphs.
