“The song is really about freedom — emotional, mental, and even spiritual,” says Andre Graham, who co-wrote the track with Grady. “It’s about losing track of time with someone who makes you feel alive.” The track is produced by Luke Goliath, with scoring and arrangement by Callen Petersen and Jody Abel of Acoustic Element.

Andre Graham is one of the most exciting new voices in South African music. Since debuting with Lie to Me in 2020, Graham has earned accolades for both his vocal prowess and songwriting ability. His credits include work with major local acts like Lloyiso, Shekhinah, and Paxton, and international collaborations with Trinidad James, Eric Bellinger, and Grammy-winning producer Rodney Jerkins.
Having participated in elite songwriting camps and worked alongside Grammy-nominated creators like V Script and LaFlare A1, Graham brings both heart and hit-making chops to Break of Dawn.
