KOM LÊ MY VOOR JOU is a brand-new, romantic pop ballad from well-known Afrikaans artist, Ray Dylan, that will make listeners swoon when hearing it for the first time.
“I wrote the song for my wife, Jessica, and am proud to admit that our marriage inspired the lyrics,” he shares. “It is one of those songs that will make your heart skip a beat and remind you that there is someone special out there for everyone.”
According to this talented musician, who has been in the music industry for more than three decades, this song means a lot to him because it is a piece of his own personal life that he is sharing with listeners.
The single was mixed and mastered by Vonk Musiek’s Tertius Human. Ray produced the song himself and also played all the instruments that can be heard.
KOM LÊ MY VOOR JOU follows in the footsteps of Ek Wens, which was produced in America, as well as emotional tracks like Vir Eens In My Lewe and Laaste groet, as well as the dance hit, By Jou Voete Lê.

Ray has been working in the music industry for decades and is best-known for hits like Hokaai Stoppie Lorrie, Dis Verby, Jessica, Hier binne klop ’n Boerehart, Angel-face, You’re My Everything, Vir Ewig Jonk, Uitbasuin, Hier Teen Jou Lyf and more.
The singer made his debut when he started performing with Bles Bridges at the age of twelve and has since mastered the art of speaking to fans’ hearts. Over the years, he has released several gold and double platinum albums and singles. He has also been nominated for the Highest Honour: Southern Rock award at the annual Afri-Indie Independent Music Awards, which takes place in April this year.
In addition to raising a new puppy, he is very busy with final arrangements for tours both locally and abroad.
Furthermore, Ray is also spending as much time as he can on stage and enjoys working on projects with other artists at his recording studio, RDM Studio.
On 26 March, he will have the honour of sharing the stage with the internationally acclaimed Southern Rock King, Kip Moore, in Pretoria.
